We have over  400m2 of  Unilumin 2.6 mm LED screens on stock, with additional Edge, Flex and Floor modules, Panasonic laser projectors, over 100 displays by Samsung & LG, over 150 laptops by Dell & Lenovo, PTZ & man-operated Panasonic cameras, media servers, including the latest Dataton Watchout 7.0 software and many more peripherals and accessories. 

Good sound is the basis of every event. We know how great sound ...sounds. We operate L-Acoustic Array Systems, Bose & EV small design compact PA systems, Yamaha Digital Mixing, Dante Protocols, Shur & Sennheiser wireless combos, signal distribution and recording. We execute acoustic simulations at event venues.

This is how we started more than 20 years ago. The start of our technical expertise. We are a certified operator of Bosch  Conference systems including the latest Bosch Dicentis systems, we provide you with ISO4043 Certified Audiopack interpreting booths, Bosch discussion microphones, tour guide systems and IVS voting systems including individual & general meeting votings. We have a remote interpreting hub in Vienna, we are a partner of the RSI (remote simultaneous interpreting) platform provider interprefy. We have extensive experience in providing  interpreting systems including the full support of WEF in Davos for 2 decades.

We use effect lighting for almost any corporate event: moving lights, beams, 3 in 1 one LED spots, powerful LED pars and washers, battery operated devices, similar latest digital pixel LED tubes, stripes, similar lighting, Onyx Digital Light Mixing, 15 W RGB lasers, studio lighting, LED Source Fours and stage lighting, haze, fog and spark machines. Rigging solutions with automatic and manual chain hoists, Eurotruss truss systems and Nivtec platforms. Our new multiple point kinetic systems are in production and will be launched later this year

To play the perfect visuals for events we use heavy duty presentation servers by Watchlab 62 with the powerful NVIDIA RTX a5000 & a6000 graphic cards, compatible with the latest Dataton Watchout 7.0 software. We have extensive experience with 360 degree projection events (more than 350 events ). But we are also capable to provide smaller installations with Resolume software and Extron, Crestron, BMD and other presentation switchers.

We have strong expertise in corporate set design with over 5,000 set design projects executed. No matter how big the project is – a photo wall 3m x 5m or a huge stage back construction with 50m length and 8m height, backed up by layer constructions – our stage projects are never the same. The stage concept designer team are following the latest trends in the scenographic and scenic design including the lately very popular 3D set sets and designs with LED digital pixel mapping elements. Our inventory of custom-made stage elements give the extra WOW! Factor to every stage design made by SEG. 

We are not a classic trade show booth builder. All our booths and trade show area projects are connected to the corporate events world. We create and build a large portfolio of counters, bars, kiosks and trade show booths up to 100 m2.

We have been implementing  many projects where the client wanted to have similar booths for all participating companies in order to show  one single-design concept. We develop different categories and types of booths in accordance with the sponsor structure of the participating partner companies. We use Aluvision Omny and Best Systems Silicon Edge Graphics modules in order to  offer different designs for every consecutive year, so that every event is unique in every year.

We provide many different types of event furniture: armchairs for panel and stage discussions, comfort seating furniture for lounge areas and trade show zones,  cocktail tables and bar chairs of different shapes, sizes and styles. Our furniture series are updated regularly. New models are replacing the old ones, following the latest trends. We @ SEG even have our own manufacturing of event furniture like cocktail tables, bar systems, paravents and many other items. The furniture models are available in over 200 different series and cover any style and event concept. The original models of the item series are unique and are stored in our archive.

We own one of the largest decor items inventory in Europe with more than 250,000 items and over 1,000 model series. We partner with floral and concept designers which create  magical installations for magical events. Glassware, tableware, cutlery, table cloths and chair covers, ee can provide many different colors and styles, from baroque to minimalistic designs. We can offer an unprecedented variety of themed concept designs backed up by the necessary decoration items. The latest trends of glamorous decorations and furniture items are already in stock in our warehouses.

We have a lot of additional event items which are needed at almost event,  big or small.

Pipe & Drape systems for covering huge walls up to 6.5 m height, starcloth, stanchions, museum & belt systems, room dividers, digital or design lectern, dance floor and signage systems, flagpoles for large international events, these are just samples of all the additional event accessories we have on stock. We can also provide you withred carpets and trade show carpet services.

We are professionals not only in material rental but also in content creation. We can create and  prepare a motion graphic pack for international events including holding slides, lower thirds, opening animation, sponsor and agenda annotation, or we can do much more and develop an entire story board and animation concept for your product launch, service presentation or keynote speech. We are good in converting regular Power Point Presentations in large widescreen presentations. During the pandemic, there was no other way than switching to the online world for more than 2 years. This helped us develop  brand new services and product lines. Our virtual events with  unlimited virtual and imaginary set designs are stunning. What was not possible to build in the real world, mostly due to budget restrictions, is possible in the virtual world.

We developed our own VIRTU-based platform for virtual events  with the backbone of an M15-platform. This allows us to  provide many solutions for hybrid and virtual events. Please see  more info here and here.

We use the world’s best brands in AV equipment, trade show systems, furniture and automatiation, but  we do so much more in customization. We have  wood and metal production workshopsfor the customization of special projects and installations. We use light materials like wood, plywood, metal, Forex, PP, acryl, MDF, foam, fabric, but also ceramic, stone and glass. We use CNC, laser and waterjet cutting, we weld, bend, paint, powder coat and upholster. If there is sufficient time, we manufacture your individual event furniture and installations, which you will be able to use for years after. 

SEG has its own design crew with more than 10 full-time designers. We create concepts and visualize them in 3D renderings. Our designers create visual concepts and entire corporate visual brand books for events as either static images, vectors or in motion graphics. Here are a fewexamples of visual contents of some previous projects. We can create and prepress files, which are then executed by your creative agency, and we send them to your printing agency or upload them to media servers.
