We have over 20 years of expertise, and since 2001 we have executed more than 50,000 events worldwide since, demonstrating our extensive experience in all aspects of event logistics.
We own a huge inventory of AV equipment and have one of the largest furniture rental stock catalogs in Central & Eastern Europe. We employ professional AV technicians, set builders, concept designers, and decorators. Our AV engineers hold certifications from leading brands including Bosch, Interprefy, Panasonic, Crestron, and Samsung, ensuring top-tier service and operation.
SEG is more than just a rental company. We specialize in the customization of set design items and furniture, creating unique installations for every event, large or small, to ensure each one is distinctively memorable.

Our Story
Our Vienna Office opened doors in 2018 and since then, SEG is a fast-growing company involved in over 300 Projects around Europe. The company is part of the SEG Group - one of the leading event logistics brands in Central & Eastern Europe, with HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria. SEG group is one of the first full ONE STOP SHOP providers in Europe, offering a tremendous quantity and variety of AV Equipment, Event furniture, Expo systems and Decoration Items. The Group has executed more than 50000 events with more than € 60 million turnover.
What we are good at and what not
Corporate events & logistics, execution & creation is in our DNA. We are good in combining technology, innovation & design
But we are no experts in the field of music events, touring, large public political events, festivals, sport events and TV productions.
We are also not interested in the execution of large (over 150 square m) trade show booths and demo rooms. We know that there are enough AV companies on the market who can cover the above areas.

Dipl. Eng Todor Paytakov
He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Technical University (TU) Vienna. He has more than 20 years of experience in the AV event industry, is a certified Bosch CS engineer, and due to his many years of experience, he definitely knows how to plan,design, implement and organise international events professionally, as well as handle their logistics smoothly. CEO & Partner of SEG Event Services GmbH since its foundation. He speaks several languages: German, English, Bulgarian, Russian
